What every member can do
The basic permissions that come with every role.
Some permissions are part of every role, so that people can work together. Every member, whatever the role, can:
Fields and options
- See the company
View the company details and the list of members.
- Collaborate
Add and read comments and attachments on records they can open, and see the activity history.
- Notifications
Receive and manage their own notifications.
- Tags and custom fields
See tags and custom fields.
- Personal settings
Save their own preferences: home layout, favourites, simple view and their signature.
- Brain
Use the Brain chat, when the Brain package is booked. Brain only acts with the permissions of the member. Company roles get Brain only when the Brain area is granted in the role.
