Packages

Packages are the booked areas of BizCortex. Exactly which modules each package contains.

A package switches a whole area on for your company. Packages are booked per company by the operator of BizCortex in the platform console. Members only see and use what is booked; the server also refuses access to unbooked areas.

There are eleven packages. Most of them match an app of the launcher.

Fields and options

Finance

Accounting, banking, tax, budgets, fixed assets, DATEV, ELSTER, reporting, statutory exports and imports (audit exports) and VERI*FACTU.

Sales

Sales documents (customers, quotes, orders, invoices), subscriptions and usage billing, electronic invoicing, online payments and the customer portal.

Purchasing

Purchasing (vendors, purchase orders, bills) and the vendor portal.

People

Employees, leave, attendance, recruiting, performance, employee expenses, the HR helpdesk, German payroll and international payroll, plus the self service pages in My area.

Operations

Inventory, manufacturing, projects and time tracking.

Workspace

Calendar, tasks, documents and notes, and electronic signature.

Sales calling

Leads (CRM), AI calling, campaigns, calling compliance, the voice studio, meetings, follow up, lead finding and CRM integrations.

Analytics

Dashboards and key figures, reports, receipt capture and the knowledge graph.

Brain

The AI assistant Brain and the Advisor.

Manuals

Write, translate and release operating manuals and deliver them to machines by QR code. Paid add on.

Assistant

Personal assistant for email, WhatsApp and SMS: triage, draft and send after approval. Paid add on.

Tips

  • In the role editor, areas of packages that are not booked are marked "Not booked".
