Viewer
Sees almost everything, changes nothing.
The Viewer role reads almost every booked area but cannot change anything. It is meant for tax auditors, an advisory board or interns.

- Can read
Every area that is not excluded below, including the document archive (for example for a tax audit).
- Cannot see
The HR suite and payroll, the audit log, API keys, webhooks, member administration, other people's approval workflows, automations, security and data export, data protection, vendor bank detail changes, integration credentials and the Assistant.
- Personal state
Can mark own Advisor insights as seen or done.
