Permissions a company role can never have
Rights that stay with the built in Owner and Administrator roles.
To prevent anyone from giving themselves more rights, some permissions can never be part of a company role, whatever the matrix says. If you try to save such a role, BizCortex refuses it and names the reserved rights.
Fields and options
- Company administration
Administering the company account itself.
- Member administration
Adding, removing and changing members and invitations.
- Role administration
Creating and changing roles.
- API keys
Creating and revoking API keys.
- Webhooks
Creating and changing webhooks.
- Document space bypass
Skipping the access check of document spaces. No role has this right, not even owners.
Good to know
- Owner only rights, such as appointing owners, also stay with the built in Owner role.
