Apps
BizCortex is organised in apps; each app groups related areas and has its own sidebar.
Home shows one tile per app. When you open an app, the sidebar only shows the pages of that app. An app tile is only shown when you may open at least one page of the app and its package is booked. Home is always shown.
The apps, in the order of the launcher:
Fields and options
- Home
All apps, key figures and tasks. The start page after sign in.
- Brain
AI assistant: ask, analyse and get things done by chat.
- Advisor
What needs attention, with the numbers and next steps.
- Assistant
Email, WhatsApp and SMS: triaged, drafted and sent after your approval.
- Finance
Accounting, banking, tax and DATEV. Contains accounting, fixed assets, budgets, currencies, reporting, tax and VAT returns, filings, statutory exports and imports, DATEV and, for Spain, VERI*FACTU.
- Sales
Customers, quotes, invoices and subscriptions. Contains sales documents, subscriptions and usage billing, electronic invoicing, online payments and the customer portal. With the Sales calling package it also contains leads, calls, campaigns, meetings, follow up, lead finding, intake, reactivation, trade fairs and the voice studio.
- Purchasing
Vendors, purchase orders and bills, plus the vendor portal.
- People
Employees, leave, payroll and recruiting. Contains employees, leave, attendance, recruiting, performance, expenses, the HR helpdesk and payroll.
- Operations
Inventory, manufacturing, projects and time.
- Manuals
Write, translate and deliver operating manuals by QR code.
- Workspace
Calendar, tasks and collaboration. Contains the calendar, tasks, documents and notes, and electronic signature.
- Analytics
Dashboards, reports and receipt capture. Contains the KPI dashboard, reports, receipts and the knowledge graph.
- Administration
Settings, approvals, privacy and archive. Contains Settings, Approvals and workflows, automations, Data protection, Integrations, the document archive and the system status.
- My area
Leave, time, expenses and documents. Your personal self service pages and My account.
Tips
- Most app tiles open an overview page of the app that explains its areas. Home, Brain, Advisor and My area open directly.
- The Administration tile shows the number of approvals waiting for you; the Workspace tile shows how many of your tasks are due today.
