Country packs

How BizCortex adapts accounting, tax and invoicing to the country of your company.

The country of a company is chosen once, when the company is created. It selects a country pack. The pack decides the chart of accounts, tax codes, the VAT return, statutory exports and imports, invoice rules and mandatory notes, payment references, electronic invoice formats, public holidays, the payroll engine, filing connections, company identifiers, the currency, the time zone and the default language.

BizCortex ships packs for eight countries.

Fields and options

Germany

Currency EUR. Charts SKR03 and SKR04. VAT return UStVA through ELSTER, DATEV export. Electronic invoices XRechnung (CII and UBL) and ZUGFeRD or Factur X profiles. Languages German and English.

France

Currency EUR. Chart PCG. VAT return CA3, FEC export. Electronic invoices Factur X and Peppol BIS 3. Languages French and English.

Spain

Currency EUR. Chart PGC PYMES. VAT return Modelo 303, VERI*FACTU. Electronic invoices Facturae and Peppol BIS 3. Languages Spanish and English.

Austria

Currency EUR. Chart EKR. VAT return UVA through FinanzOnline, SAF T. Electronic invoices ebInterface and Peppol BIS 3. Languages German and English.

Switzerland

Currency CHF. Chart KMU. VAT return MWST (effective or net tax rate method), QR bill. Electronic invoices Peppol BIS 3 and Factur X. Languages German, French and English.

Sweden

Currency SEK. Chart BAS. Moms return, SIE 4 files, OCR reference. Electronic invoices Peppol BIS 3. Languages Swedish and English.

Norway

Currency NOK. Chart NS 4102. MVA return, SAF T, KID reference. Electronic invoices Peppol BIS 3 (EHF). Languages Norwegian and English.

Denmark

Currency DKK. Standard Danish chart. Moms return, SAF T, FIK reference. Electronic invoices Peppol BIS 3 and OIOUBL. Languages Danish and English.

Tips

  • Pages that only apply to some countries, such as VERI*FACTU or the DATEV export, only appear in the menu of companies in those countries.
  • The setup checklist on Home contains one extra step for your country.

Good to know

  • The country cannot be changed after the company is created.
