Countries and languages
Questions about supported countries, interface languages and document languages.
Steps
1. Which countries are supported?
Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Each has its own country pack with chart of accounts, tax codes, VAT return, invoice rules and electronic invoice formats.
2. Can we change the country of our company?
No. The country is set when the company account is created and cannot be changed afterwards.
3. We have companies in two countries. What do we do?
Each legal entity is its own company in BizCortex with its own country. One person can belong to all of them and switch in the user menu.
4. Which interface languages are available?
Deutsch, English, Français, Español, Svenska, Norsk bokmål and Dansk. Change the language in the user menu. German and English are complete; missing texts in other languages are shown in English.
5. In which languages can we send invoices?
Invoices, quotes and reminders can be produced in German, English, French, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish. The language is set on the document or taken from the customer, independent of your interface language.
6. Which currencies are used?
The base currency follows the country pack: EUR for Germany, France, Spain and Austria, CHF for Switzerland, SEK for Sweden, NOK for Norway and DKK for Denmark. Documents in other currencies are converted with stored exchange rates.
