Packages and bookings

Questions about packages, bundles and missing areas.

Steps

  1. 1. Which bundles exist?

    Starter (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Workspace), Pro (Starter plus People, Operations, Analytics and Brain) and Enterprise (all packages). Manuals and Assistant are paid add ons that are in neither Starter nor Pro; Sales calling is not part of Starter or Pro either.

  2. 2. How do we book another package?

    Packages are booked per company by the operator of BizCortex. Contact your administrator or the operator. After the booking, the new app appears for every member whose role allows it.

  3. 3. A colleague sees an app that I do not see. Why?

    Your role decides which booked areas you may use. Ask an owner or administrator to check your role in Settings, tab "Users", or to give you a company role with the needed area.

  4. 4. What happens to our data if we stop a package?

    The area is hidden for every member and the server refuses access to it. The documentation does not describe deletion of the data when a package is removed; ask the operator about your contract.

  5. 5. What is always included?

    Home, My account, company settings, users and roles, approvals, data protection, the document archive, filings, currencies, the full data export and the global search are available whatever you booked.
