Domains and data
The domains of your company with their tables and fields, how many records each table holds and which process steps use it.
Open "Domains and data" in the sidebar. The page lists the domains with their tables, and each table with its fields. It is the same catalog you choose from when you link a step.
Finance holds Journal entries, Chart of accounts, Fiscal years, Bank transactions and VAT returns. Sales holds Quotes, Orders, Invoices, Customer payments and Customers. Purchasing holds Purchase orders, Supplier invoices and Vendors. People holds Employees, Salaries, Payroll runs, Absences and Time entries. Operations holds Products and Stock movements. Other fields collects the fields of the Company Brain field registry that no table lists, grouped by where they come from.
Who can use this
- Every member with a built in role: Owner, Admin, Accountant, Sales, Purchase, HR Manager, Employee, Viewer and Compliance
- Record counts and "Go to table": members who may read the records of that table
Steps
1. Filter by domain
Use the chips at the top: "All" or one domain. The link "Domain data" in the overview opens the page filtered the same way.
2. Read a table
Each table shows its name, the number of records it holds and its fields as chips.
3. See where a table is used
Click "Used in" on a table. The popover lists the process steps linked to it, with the relation. Click an entry to open the step in the editor.
4. See where a field is used
Click a field chip. The popover lists the steps linked to that field and offers "Open in the knowledge graph".
5. Open the records
Click "Go to table" to open the page in BizCortex that lists the records of that table.

How many records of this table your company has.
- No access
A lock shows that you may not read the records of this table. The record count and "Go to table" are hidden; the table name, its fields and "Used in" stay visible, and editors can still link it.
- No fields listed.
The table has no fields of its own in the catalog. Link the whole table instead.
Good to know
- The domains, tables and fields are defined by BizCortex. You cannot add your own; new fields appear when the Company Brain field registry grows.
- A table in the knowledge graph links back to this page and highlights the table.
