Check in one place whether inbound mail and reply tracking work.

Open "Email". The page shows the whole chain of checks in the order a broken link usually shows up, and a summary: "Replies arrive" or "Incomplete".

Who can use this

Configuration: API key, domain and signing keys are set.
DNS: Every DNS record of the mail domain is valid. The page lists each record with type, name, value and whether it is valid.
Routes: Inbound routes for the domain exist at Mailgun.
Webhooks: Delivery failures and complaints are reported.
Latest delivery: An email arrived within the last 7 days.
Signatures: No refused deliveries in 24 hours.
Activity: Last inbound email, last event, unmatched mails in 7 days, signature failures in 24 hours, failed jobs in 7 days and replies in 7 days.
Configuration details: Mailgun domain, reply domain, accepted domains, signing keys, reply tracking, SMTP server, operations address, inbound URL and events URL.

Mailgun answers are cached for up to five minutes, so a fix can take a few minutes to show.
