Inbound deliveries and platform endpoints

Webhooks from providers and inbound email: what arrived and what became of it.

Open "Inbound". The upper part lists deliveries across all tenants, newest first, without their content. Status, error and result are enough to debug. The lower part manages the platform endpoints: one URL per provider for all tenants.

Who can use this

  • Platform operators

Steps

  1. 1. Filter deliveries

Filter by provider, status and tenant.

  2. 2. Inspect

Click a delivery to see the external ID, event time, processing time, the next attempt, whether the content is still stored, the error and the result.

  3. 3. Run again

Click "Run again" and confirm to schedule a delivery again. This is not possible when the content was already deleted. The retry is written to the audit log of the tenant.

  4. 4. Create an endpoint

Click "Create endpoint", choose the provider, add a label and the signing secret from the dashboard of the provider (empty: the platform generates one). The URL and secret are shown only once under "Visible only now"; enter them at the provider right away.

  5. 5. Rotate

Click "Rotate" and choose what to renew: the secret, or the URL if the old URL leaked. Set a grace period in hours during which the old value stays valid.

  6. 6. Show, require a signature or revoke

Click "Show" to see the URL and secret again (the access is logged). Switch "Require a signature" per provider. Click "Revoke" to stop the URL from working.

Fields and options

Good to know

  • Tenant endpoints, such as a web form or Calendly, are managed by the tenants themselves.
