Email templates for sales documents

Change the subject and text of document emails per document type and language.

Open Sales, Settings and the tab "Email templates". The table lists one template per document type and language with the columns Template, Language, Subject and a badge "Default" or "Customized". BizCortex ships default texts for German, English, French, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish.

Good to know

  • If no template exists for the document language, BizCortex uses English (or German for German documents).
  • Dunning emails use the texts of the dunning levels, not this template.
  • The "Customer portal link" template is listed, but the portal sign in email currently uses a fixed text.
