The public legal pages linked from the landing page and the sign in page.
Two legal pages are open to everyone. The details of the operator come from the platform settings.
Fields and options
- Legal notice (Impressum)
Provider information under German law: name and address, who represents the company, contact (phone and email), commercial register, VAT ID, the person responsible for the content, a note on consumer dispute resolution (BizCortex is aimed at businesses) and on liability for content and links.
- Privacy policy
Information under Art. 13 and 14 GDPR: controller, data protection officer, server logs, sign in with Auth0, recipients and your rights. The German version is authoritative.
Good to know
