Sign in and invitation acceptance
How team members sign in and how an invitation is accepted.
The sign in page shows the card "Sign in". The sign in itself (password, two factor and single sign on) happens at the identity service Auth0. Afterwards you choose your organization, that is your company in BizCortex. Below the button the page says: "No account? Access is created by your administrator; you will receive an invitation by email."

Steps
1. Accept an invitation
Open the invitation email from Auth0 and click the link. Sign up with a password (or sign in if you already have an account). You join the company with the role your administrator chose and land in BizCortex.
2. Sign in
Open the sign in page and click "Sign in". Enter your credentials at Auth0. After a successful sign in, Auth0 sends you back to BizCortex, which finishes the sign in and opens the page you wanted.
3. If Auth0 refuses the sign in
The page shows "Auth0 refused the sign in." Click "Sign in" again; you will be asked for your credentials again.
4. If you have no company yet
If your account does not belong to any company, the page "No access yet" appears with "Signed in as" and your email. Ask your administrator for an invitation, accept it and click "Check again", or click "Sign out".
Good to know
- Password resets and two factor setup are handled by Auth0.
- If a company belongs to another Auth0 organization, BizCortex signs you in again automatically.
- The link "Open as tenant" from the platform admin console is not available with Auth0 yet; it shows a message and a link to the sign in page.
