Tolerances for the three way match and rates for travel costs.
Open Settings, Purchasing settings. Without write permission all fields are read only.
Who can use this
- Owner
- Admin
- Accountant (if allowed to change settings)
Fields and options
- Price tolerance (%)
Allowed price difference between order and bill. Default 2.
- Quantity tolerance (%)
Allowed quantity difference. Default 0. It also allows receiving slightly more than ordered.
- Enforce match before approval
Default on. Blocks approval and posting of mismatched bills.
- Mileage allowance (per km)
Default 0.30.
- Full day allowance
Default 28.
- Arrival/departure allowance
Default 14.
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner reduction (%)
Defaults 20, 40 and 40.
