Fields and options

Project burn ahead of progress

Nightly. A project has used clearly more budget (hours or amount) than time has passed or tasks are done. Defaults: gap_pct 20 (gap between budget used and progress), min_burn_pct 50 (budget used before the check looks), min_tasks 3. Critical when the budget is fully used and progress is below 90 %. Visible with project read access. Suggests "Open project".

Unbilled time piling up

Nightly. Billable hours of a project older than min_age_days (30) have not been invoiced yet. Reported from min_amount (1,000) or min_hours (40); Warning from warning_amount (5,000). Visible with time report access. Suggests "Bill time".

Low stock against forecast

Nightly. Stock is below the reorder point with nothing on order, and the consumption of the last forecast_days (30) empties it before or shortly after (buffer_days 7) the lead time. Critical when stock is already used up or lasts no longer than the lead time. Visible with stock read access. Suggests "Review replenishment".

Utilisation dropping

Nightly. The share of billable hours last month was clearly below the median of the months before. Defaults: baseline_months 6, min_drop_pts 10 (percentage points), z 2.0, min_hours 20. Visible with time report access. Suggests "Open time reports".
