Privacy of mailbox documents
Documents from a personal mailbox stay private to their owner, also when the AI recognises them.
When the AI reads an attachment from your personal mailbox, the result is marked Private. Only you see it in Found by AI, and triggers that notify people respect this: they tell only you.
If the same document also reaches a shared place, for example the company documents, the result becomes visible to the company there. A private copy never makes a company document private.

- Payslips and employment contracts are visible only to members who may see personnel documents.
- Every document keeps its own access rules. You never see a result for a document you may not open.
