Technical and organisational measures

Document the measures under Art. 32 GDPR and name your data protection officer.

Open "Data protection" and then "TOMs". The page lists the measures that BizCortex implements in the system, section by section. Below each section you add the measures of your own organisation. The page shows when it was last changed.

Who can use this

Steps

  1. 1. Name the data protection officer

    Enter the name and contact of your data protection officer.

  2. 2. Add your own measures

    In "Additional measures of your organisation" describe what you do yourself, for example access by chip card only or annual training.

  3. 3. Save

    Click "Save".

Tips

  • The TOMs are attached to the PDF of the processing register.
