Steps
1. Charge a late fee
On an open invoice, click "Late fee". Enter a Flat fee or a "Percent of the open amount", or leave both empty to use the defaults from Sales settings. Confirm. A separate fee invoice without VAT is created, finalized and opened. It links to the overdue invoice as Related invoice.
2. Add billable expenses
On a draft invoice, click "Add expenses", enter an optional "Markup in %" and confirm. All approved billable expenses of this customer are added as net lines. They are marked as invoiced when you finalize.
