Orders
Order confirmations that turn into delivery notes and invoices.
Open Documents, Orders. Create an order directly with "New order" or from a quote with "To order". A draft order shows Edit, Delete, "Send by email", "Confirm order", "Delivery note" and Invoice.
Who can use this

- Admin
- Accountant

- Viewer (read only)
Steps
1. Confirm
Click "Confirm order" to confirm without email, or "Send by email" to send the order confirmation, which also confirms it. The credit limit of the customer is checked.
2. Deliver or invoice
Click "Delivery note" for shipments or Invoice to bill directly. Partial quantities are possible.
Good to know
- A draft order is confirmed automatically when you create a delivery note from it.
