Pages your contacts see
The booking page, the unsubscribe page, the meeting link and the notetaker page.
Contacts open some pages from emails and SMS without a login. The signed link is the credential.
Fields and options
- Pick a time
From a follow up email. The contact picks one of the proposed times, enters name and email and clicks "Confirm time". The calendar invitation follows by email. Expired offers show "These proposed times have expired".
- No more emails
The unsubscribe page. After "Unsubscribe" the contact gets no further emails and no further calls from your company.
- Meeting link
The short link in the SMS reminder opens the video meeting. If the meeting is over or cancelled, the page says so.
- Your meeting and the notetaker
Explains the notetaker. "Join without the notetaker" keeps the meeting but the notetaker will not join.
