Cash book: cash registers

Set up cash registers for cash income and expenses, kept in line with the German GoBD rules.

The cash book records every movement of physical cash. Entries are immutable and closed day by day. Open Banking, then "Cash book". The list "Cash registers" shows each register with name, currency, opening date, "Last daily close" and "Cash balance".
